About This Course

In this course the student will learn about PowerShell, why PowerShell is used, they will also learn the requirements and versions of PowerShell, the features and the use of it. However, they will also learn about PowerShell ISE, its features and uses, the advantages and disadvantages of PowerShell ISE.

Also in this course the student will put into practice what they have learned in a laboratory where they will also reinforce and clarify their doubts with some commands that are used in PowerShell, they will also be able to investigate a little more about the subject, with some links that are in a section of the course.

Requirements

Students are expected to have the fundamentals understanding about IT, covering the following:

  • Understanding of computer components, memory, disk space, CPU, among others.
  • Basic knowledge about Windows.
  • Understanding of different numeral systems like binary, decimal and hexadecimal numbers.
  • Ability to convert between numeral systems.
  • Basic knowledge about scripts and their importance.
